Refund Policy

At Clothes4Jesus, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at tplews@tpgroupco.net within 30 days of receiving your item.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

We will gladly help with issues involving:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Printing or production errors

To request help with an order, please email us at tplews@tpgroupco.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with the order or fulfillment.
